Flock documentation

Flock is a one-click pump.fun launchpad on Solana. You give a coin a name, a ticker and a picture, pay 0.25 SOL once, and it is live on pump.fun. These pages cover every screen, what each step costs, and where the money goes.

The short version

A coin launched on Flock is a normal pump.fun coin. Flock's launch wallet creates it for you, so you pay no create cost. It trades on pump.fun's bonding curve and moves to PumpSwap when the curve fills. See What Flock is.

Every coin's creator rewards go to Flock. Launchers and holders earn nothing from Flock. Nothing here is financial advice, and coins can and do go to zero.

Notable pages

What Flock is

Flock is a launchpad for pump.fun coins. You bring a name, a ticker and a picture. Flock creates the coin on pump.fun from its own launch wallet, and the market takes it from there. The whole launch is one payment of 0.25 SOL, signed in your own wallet.

After that the coin is an ordinary pump.fun coin. Anyone can buy and sell it on Flock, on pump.fun, or anywhere else that trades pump.fun coins.

Around the launch

The rest of the site helps you trade, and look before you buy:

  • Swap: buy and sell coins launched on Flock, for SOL.
  • Pulse: a live feed of new coins across all of pump.fun.
  • Scan: read any Solana coin from the chain, with RugCheck's report next to it.
  • Portfolio: the SOL and coins in your wallet.
  • Cascade: send one coin to many wallets.
  • Board: rankings of the coins launched on Flock.

What Flock is not

Flock does not hold your funds or your keys. Every payment, trade and transfer is signed in your own wallet, in your browser. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed.

Flock does not check, audit or endorse the coins launched here. They are made by independent people.

Flock pays nothing to launchers or holders. See No payouts.

Quickstart

A few minutes, assuming a Solana wallet is already installed.

  1. Get SOL into your wallet. 0.25 SOL for the launch, a little more for network fees, and whatever you want to spend on a first buy.
  2. Connect (top right). Phantom, Solflare, Backpack or another Solana wallet. Connecting asks you to sign one message: that is your sign in, free and not a transaction. See Signing in.
  3. Open Launch. Give the coin a name, a ticker and a picture. A description, links and a first buy are optional. See Coin rules.
  4. Pay once. Your wallet shows one payment of 0.25 SOL to Flock's launch wallet. Sign it.
  5. Wait a moment. Flock creates the coin on pump.fun and the page follows it until the chain shows it live. Then you land on your coin's page.

Prefer to look first? Pulse, Scan, Board, these docs and every coin page work without a wallet. You only connect to sign something.

Launching

How a launch works

A launch is one form, one signature and a short wait. The launch page walks each step and says which one is in flight.

  1. Sign in. One signed message proves the wallet is yours. No transaction, no fee.
  2. Fill in the form. Name, ticker and picture, plus the optional description, links and first buy. Every rule is checked before anything is paid. See Coin rules.
  3. Flock prepares the coin. It saves the picture and the coin's info file, and fixes the coin's address for this launch. The address is set before you pay, so a retry can never make two coins.
  4. You sign one payment. 0.25 SOL from your wallet to Flock's launch wallet, and nothing else. Your wallet only signs it; Flock sends it and watches it land.
  5. Flock creates the coin. Once the payment is confirmed on chain, Flock's launch wallet creates the coin on pump.fun and pays pump.fun's create cost itself.
  6. The coin goes live. When the chain shows the coin, it appears on Flock and on pump.fun, and you land on its page.
  7. Your first buy (optional). If you set one, your wallet asks you to sign it now. See The first buy.

What the payment holds

From your wallet
To Flock's launch wallet
Amount 0.25 SOL
Memo flock launch <launch id>

Your wallet also pays the network fee for it, and shows everything before you sign. If it shows a different amount or a different receiver, do not sign it.

If something goes wrong

  • Not paid. If the payment expires, you reject it, or it fails on chain, no launch fee is taken. Start again.
  • Paid, still creating. You can close the page. Flock finishes the launch on its side and the coin goes live without it. Only the first buy needs the page open.
  • Paid, no coin. If the payment arrived but the coin cannot be created, Flock refunds the fee.

What it costs

One payment: 0.25 SOL, the launch fee. That is all Flock charges.

WhatWho paysAmount
Launch feeYou, in one payment to Flock's launch wallet0.25 SOL

There is no listing fee and no subscription, and Flock takes none of your coin: its launch wallet never buys the coins it creates.

Coin rules

The launch form checks these before anything is paid, and Flock checks them again on its side.

Check before you pay. Name, ticker and picture are fixed once the coin is live.

Names and tickers are not unique on pump.fun. Anyone can launch a coin with the same name somewhere else, so buyers should always check the coin's address.

The first buy

The first buy is your own buy of your new coin, off by default. Set an amount in the form, 0 to 100 SOL, and right after the coin is live your wallet asks you to sign it.

  • It goes straight from your wallet to pump.fun's bonding curve. It never passes through Flock and is not part of the launch fee.
  • It uses the default slippage of 10%. See Slippage.
  • It pays pump.fun's trading fee and the network fee, like any buy.
  • Reject it in your wallet and the coin stays live. You can buy later on Swap or on the coin's page.

The first buy is a separate signature after the coin is live, so someone else can buy before it lands. You get the curve's price at that moment.

Bonding curve and graduation

Every coin starts on pump.fun's bonding curve. There is no order book and no pool yet: the curve itself sells coins for SOL and buys them back, at a price set by how much has been bought. Buys push the price up, sells push it down.

FactValue
Supply1,000,000,000 coins, 6 decimals
Opening priceAbout 0.000000028 SOL per coin
Opening market capAbout 28 SOL
Held by the launch walletNone. It makes no buy

Progress is the share of the curve's coins sold so far. At 100% the curve is full.

Graduation

When the curve is full, pump.fun graduates the coin: its liquidity moves into a PumpSwap pool and trading carries on there. Holders keep their coins. Swap follows on its own and trades the coin in the pool from then on.

A coin that never fills its curve stays on it. Graduation is not guaranteed.

What trackers show

Flock's launch wallet creates every coin launched here. On pump.fun, Solscan, DexScreener and every other tracker, that wallet is the coin's creator, often called the dev. It is the same wallet for every coin launched on Flock.

  • Your wallet is not named as the creator. It shows up as a buyer if you make a first buy or trade.
  • The launch wallet makes no buy, so trackers show the dev holding none of the coin.
  • The creator rewards pump.fun pays on the coin go to the launch wallet. See Creator rewards.
  • On Flock, the coin's page names your wallet as the one who launched it.

The launch wallet

Trading

Swap

Swap buys and sells coins launched on Flock, for SOL. Pick the coin, enter an amount, check the quote and sign in your wallet.

  • While a coin is on its bonding curve, the trade goes to pump.fun's curve. Once it graduates, it goes to the coin's PumpSwap pool.
  • Flock builds the trade through PumpPortal. Your wallet signs and sends it, and Flock never holds your SOL or your coins in between.
  • One trade can be at most 100 SOL. That is a guard against typos, not a limit on what you can trade.

Slippage

Prices move between the quote and the moment your trade lands. Slippage is how far you let them move. If the price moves further, the trade fails instead of filling at a worse price, and only the network fee is spent.

SettingValue
Default10%
Lowest0.5%
Highest50%

New coins move fast. Set it too low and trades fail often; set it too high and a fast mover can fill you at a much worse price.

Network fees

Every Solana transaction pays a small network fee in SOL. It goes to the network, not to Flock, and your wallet shows it before you sign.

ActionWhat you pay
Connect and sign inNothing. It is a message, not a transaction
Launch0.25 SOL plus the network fee
Buy or sellpump.fun's trading fee, the network fee, and a priority fee of 0.00005 SOL so the trade lands quickly
CascadeThe network fee for each transaction, plus a small account deposit for each wallet that has never held the coin

Keep a little SOL spare. A wallet that holds exactly what it wants to spend cannot pay the fee.

Tools

Scan

Paste the address of any Solana coin into Scan. It reads the coin straight from the chain and adds RugCheck's free report next to it. It works on every coin, not only the ones launched on Flock.

What to look for

  • Whether anyone can still mint more of the coin, or freeze the coins people hold.
  • How much of the supply the biggest wallets hold.
  • RugCheck's risk notes.

A clean scan is a hint, not a guarantee. It cannot see what the people behind a coin will do next.

Pulse

Pulse is a live feed of pump.fun, straight from PumpPortal's free data stream, so new coins show up the moment they are created.

Pulse shows all of pump.fun, so most of what you see was not launched on Flock. Scan a coin before you buy it.

Portfolio

Portfolio shows the SOL and coins in your connected wallet, read straight from the chain. It only reads: nothing moves and nothing is signed.

Cascade

Cascade sends one coin to many wallets in one go. Pick the coin, add the wallets and amounts, check the list and sign in your wallet.

  • The coins go straight from your wallet to each address. Flock never holds them.
  • Each transaction pays the network fee. A wallet that has never held the coin also needs a small account deposit, paid by you.
  • A long list is sent in several transactions.

Transfers cannot be undone. Check every address before you sign.

Board

Board ranks the coins launched on Flock, from Flock's own record of their trades.

The board is only a list. A place on it earns nothing: no prizes, no points, no payouts.

Wallets and safety

Supported wallets

Flock works with the Solana wallet in your browser: Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, or any other Solana wallet that can sign messages and transactions. Connect lists the wallets it finds, and links to those three when it finds none.

On a phone, open Flock inside your wallet app's own browser.

Connecting

Connect asks your wallet to share its address, then to sign one message. That message is your sign in. Disconnect in the wallet menu signs you out.

Signing in

Signing in is a free message, not a transaction. It proves the wallet is yours, so your launches are tied to it. It moves nothing, costs nothing and gives Flock no access to your funds.

Your wallet shows a text like this one:

<this site> wants you to sign in with your Solana account:
<your wallet address>

Sign in to flock. This is not a transaction: it moves nothing and costs nothing.

Nonce: <a random code>
Issued At: <the time you connect>
Expiration Time: <a few minutes later>

If a sign in prompt ever asks you to approve a transaction or shows a SOL amount, it is not from Flock. Reject it.

What Flock never asks for

  • Your seed phrase, recovery words or private key. Not in a form, not in a chat, not as a file.
  • A password. There are no Flock accounts: your wallet is your login.
  • SOL sent to an address someone gives you. The launch fee is paid only on the launch page, to the launch wallet shown there.
  • Permission for anyone to spend your coins later.

Flock has no support chat, no email, no Telegram and no Discord. Anyone who messages you as Flock support is not us.

If a page that looks like Flock asks for any of these, close it and check the address bar.

Money

Where the launch fee goes

The 0.25 SOL launch fee goes to Flock's launch wallet, the one wallet that creates every coin. Out of it, the launch wallet pays pump.fun's create cost for your coin, about 0.02 SOL. The rest stays with Flock.

The launch fee is not a buy. None of it goes into your coin.

Creator rewards

pump.fun pays a creator reward on the trades of every coin, to the wallet that created it. Every coin launched on Flock is created by Flock's launch wallet, so every coin's creator rewards go to Flock: all of them, the same for every coin.

You do not earn creator rewards on a coin you launch here.

No payouts

Flock pays nothing to launchers or holders. There is no share of the fees, no airdrop, no points payout and no revenue share, for anyone.

Launching a coin, holding one or ranking on the Board earns nothing from Flock.

FAQ

How much does a launch cost? 0.25 SOL, in one payment, plus the network fee. pump.fun's create cost is paid by Flock's launch wallet. See What it costs.

Do I earn creator rewards on my coin? No. Every coin's creator rewards go to Flock, and Flock pays no rewards to launchers or holders.

Why does pump.fun show a different creator? Flock's launch wallet creates every coin, so trackers name it as the creator. See What trackers show.

Can I change the name, ticker or picture later? No. They are fixed once the coin is live, so check them before you pay.

What happens if I close the page during a launch? Once your payment is sent, Flock finishes the launch on its side and the coin goes live without the page. Only the first buy needs the page open; if you miss it, buy on Swap.

I paid and no coin appeared. Give it a few minutes: a coin that lands late still goes live. If the coin cannot be created, Flock refunds the fee.
